Choosing a Template
Word contains a set of templates that you can use to create pages with a pre-designed layout. In order to use one of these, go to File/Project Gallery and select a layout theme, such as Cypress or Geared Up.

Choose a template by double clicking on it. If you don’t like what you see when it opens, just close the window and double click another.

Using Your Template

Customize your text by highlighting and replacing it. To change an image, do the folowing:

select the picture
go to Insert/Picture/Clip Art OR
go to Insert/Picture/From File.
select your picture and click Insert

Create a Second Page for Your Site

go to File/Project Gallery and select a template with your current theme
go to File/Save As Web Page
save in the same folder as index.htm but with a different name
