Quick Labels with Microsoft Word for System X

Creating labels is simple with Microsoft Word.

  • Access the Project Gallery (File/Project Gallery or Launch Word), and select Labels from the Templates on the left. If necessary, click the Mailing Label Wizard and click OK.

  • A Labels dialog box will appear. Type the Address you plan to use in the Address Box and select a Font. Click the Options button in the Labels section to select a Label Style. Under number of labels, select either a full page of the same label or specify the row and column number of a single label. Click OK to view your labels.

  • Once your sheet of labels appears, you can edit the addresses, save, and print.
